Vancouver City Centre Urgent and Primary Care Centre
Open 7 days a week
Weekend coverage in Vancouver is thin, and Sunday is the hardest day of the week to be seen. These are the clinics that reliably open on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays.
9 clinics with confirmed seven-day hours, including all five urgent and primary care centres.

We hold confirmed hours for 28 of the 52 clinics on this site. The remaining 24 may also open at weekends — their schedules change often enough that we will not publish them unverified. Phone the clinic, or start with one of the centres above where the weekend schedule is fixed.
Yes, but the choice is limited. All five urgent and primary care centres open on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A smaller number of private walk-in clinics also open on Sundays, usually with shortened hours. Sunday is the single hardest day to get seen in Vancouver, so arrive early.
Urgent and primary care centres stay open on statutory holidays, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day, on their Sunday schedule. Most private walk-in clinics close entirely on statutory holidays.
At or slightly before opening. Weekend queues at Vancouver walk-in clinics build fast, and many clinics reach their patient cap within the first two hours. Arriving fifteen minutes before the doors open is common practice.
